Swedish Movement Coach | Online Yoga for Strong Ladies!


Join me for for these weekly Online Yoga Sessions. They will be designed to bring calm to your mind, warmth to your body with a strong focus on mobility and stretching.


  • What to expect: 30-minute online session. Each session will focus on creating space in mind body and soul.

  • When? Mon & Fri 6.30am

  • Equipment? All optional: a mat, cosy space, and light weights (dumbbells, tins, or wine bottles).

  • Level of fitness: All levels welcome—EVERYONE can join. You, the kids, the dog… all welcome.
