Sunset YogaFlow & Sound Bath at Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve — Lakeside View
Join us at the beautiful Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve on 6 September, from 6:00–7:30pm, for a magical experience of Sunset Yoga Flow with Carin followed by a beautiful immersive sound bath with Hayley. This evening offers the perfect opportunity to pause, breathe and reset before Autumn sets in.
Our wish is to guide you through an experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind and create space for greater balance and inner peace whilst surrounded by the tranquillity of the lake, the gentle sounds of nature and birds singing across the reserve.
Carin is your yoga teacher who discovered a passion for building strong souls—inside and out—through her own experiences of chronic illness and city-life burnout. She will guide you through a heart melting yoga flow.
