45min of building a strong body in my backyard! You will use a mix of boxing bag, Ski Erg, TRX, Kettlebells and other weights plus singalong and fun atmosphere. Max 6 spaces so booking is essential (20 second walk from Kings Head car park to the outdoor gym).
