Swedish Movement Coach | Half Term 7AM Club – Online Movement


Half term is here.


Join Carin for a nourishing and energising 30-minute online session designed to wake up your whole body, fire up your core, and leave you feeling grounded, strong and smiling. This is your time to shake off and ground before you head out with the kids.


Small, consistent practices—especially during busy weeks—make the biggest difference to our energy and wellbeing.

Whether you’re completely new to movement or a frequent gym soul, this session is for YOU. What to expect:

10 minutes Full Body Dynamic, functional movement to wake everything up. We’ll move through all planes, mobilise joints, and build gentle heat.
